This policy covers all types of vehicles plying on the roads and the policy terms and conditions are interpreted under the Unified Motor Policy under the decision No E/19/2016.Certain catogories of vehicles are excluded from obtaining on line policies by NIA.
1) Compulsory Insurance Insurance which covers all that has occured to the third party such as death, bodily injuries, material damages and medical expenses. 2) Comprehensive Insurance The insurance on the body of the motor vehicle,insurance in favour of third party,natural calamities and personal accidents. The company shall not be responsible for non-delivery of policy if the insured had provided wrong e-mail address.The Policy can be printed by the customer or can approach the nearest NIA branch for a print out.

The Online cancellation of the policy is not possible.The policy can be cancelled by the insurer on the request of the policy holder as per the conditions stipulated in the Unified Motor Policy through any of NIA Branches in the Sultanate of Oman from where the refund excess can be collected.
