The New India Assurance Company has launched its web portal for purchasing motor policies online to reach door steps of our customers and also to serve the general public in an elegant manner in the electronic world. The customers can purchase the motor policies through www.newindiaoman.com. The New India Assurance Company is in the process of spreading their wings far and wide to reach out the customers of interior areas along with the developing cities.
The launching of New India’s online portal will enable the Nationals and the expats communities to purchase and renew their motor policies online which is our endeavor to serve its valued customers more closely and also to reach out every nook and corner of the Sultanate. As an introductory offer, New India’s online customers can avail 5% discount on premium of every policies purchased and this offer is valid only for a limited period time. The Customers can Login to our website www.newindiaoman.com and click on the button “Customer” this will redirect to Login page for existing users and options made available to “Sign Up for New Account”. After Login, complete the personal details in the registration page and click the button “Register”, then a SMS will be received in the registered mobile by mentioning the Username and Password. For purchasing the new policy, click on the ‘Policies’ in the menu and then choose ‘Motor Policy-New’. This will redirect to a page where customer has to enter Proposal Cum Declaration Form, Primary Information, Vehicle Details.
The Premium will be calculated automatically. The renewals of policies can be done with the old policy number. Policy can be renewed only if the policy/Mulkiya has no claim. Break-in policies will not be entertained. On clicking on button ‘Make Payment’ will redirect you to Bank Muscat Payment Gateway where the customer has to enter their Credit or Debit card details for making the payment. After successful payment will be send to E-Mail ID which is specified in the policy. For e-payment, Visa and Master cards which are legally permitted to transact in the Sultanate of Oman can be used.
